How to report a security issue to RIDEVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. This page follows common coordinated-disclosure practice. It is not an invitation to attack our systems.
1. Who to write to
Mail admin@ridevibe.in with the subject Security report. Use the same address listed in /.well-known/security.txt.
2. What to send
Describe the product or page, the issue, and the steps you used. Do not include OTPs, boarding PINs, passwords, or copies of identity documents. Do not access other people’s accounts or data.
3. What we will do
We acknowledge a report within 24 hours and aim to resolve confirmed issues within 15 days, or tell you if more time is needed. We may ask for more detail.
4. Scope
This covers ridevibe.in, sharerides.in, and the ShareRides and RideBro apps operated under RideVibe. Do not run denial-of-service tests, social-engineering of staff, or attacks on a live trip.
