These terms apply to the RideVibe Technologies company website. ShareRides, the mobile app and sharerides.in have their own terms. Using this website means you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
RIDEVIBE TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“RideVibe”, “we”) is a company in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. ShareRides is a product of RideVibe and operates under it. Write to info@sharerides.in.
2. What this website is
This site is for information about the company and its products. You cannot create an account, book a seat, publish a ride or pay a fare here. Booking and offering rides happens only in the ShareRides app.
3. ShareRides product terms
If you use ShareRides, the product terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy and community guidelines on sharerides.in/terms and related pages apply to that use. Those pages control the app. These pages control this company website.
4. Using the site
Do not attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, or post unlawful content through any form that sends mail to us. Do not pretend to be RideVibe or ShareRides. Keep any message you send accurate.
5. Content
Text, marks, layout and illustrations on this site belong to RideVibe Technologies unless we say otherwise. See the . You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site to run a similar service.copyright page
6. No ride promise
Nothing on this site is an offer of a seat, a price or a journey. ShareRides does not promise that a ride will be available, start on time or finish as planned. Captains and passengers are responsible for their own conduct, driving, belongings and any payment between them.
7. Limits
To the extent Indian law allows, RideVibe is not liable for loss from using this informational website, or from a journey arranged through ShareRides. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
8. Age
ShareRides is only for people who are 18 or above. This website may be read by anyone. Do not send us personal data of a child.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version.
10. Courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
11. Complaints
Write to info@sharerides.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. See grievance redressal.
