1. What we own

RideVibe Technologies owns or is licensed to use the RideVibe and ShareRides names, wordmarks, logos, app icons, website design, copy, illustrations and software, unless a page says a third party owns it. This includes the company site, sharerides.in and the ShareRides mobile app.

2. How you may use it

You may view these pages and share a link. You may quote a short extract with credit and a link, for news or criticism. You need our written permission to copy the site, reuse the brand on another product, or use screenshots in advertising.

3. Names

RideVibe, RideVibe Technologies and ShareRides are used as trade names of the company. Do not use them in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse you, without permission.

4. Third-party marks

Google Play, Google Maps, Firebase, DigiLocker, MSG91, Cashfree and other names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the services we rely on. App Store is a mark of Apple Inc. Presence of a name does not mean that owner sponsors RideVibe.

5. User content

Photos, chat and other content people put in ShareRides stay theirs, subject to the product terms. RideVibe may host that content to run the service. Do not upload work you have no right to share.

6. Notice of infringement

If you believe material on this site or in ShareRides infringes your copyright, write to info@sharerides.in with your name and contact email, the work you own, the URL or in-app place of the material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not allowed. We will look into it. Do not send OTPs or boarding PINs.

7. Licence to RideVibe pages

These pages are published by RideVibe Technologies. Printing a page for your own record is allowed. Republishing the full legal texts on another commercial site is not, except a required store-listing link to the live URL.
